Installed the OEM SSK today using this same video as above as a guide. A bit intimidating since I didn't want to break any trim pieces and needed to use a little extra leverage, but got the job done in about an hour.
The two hardest bits for me were taking out the painted trim and then reattaching the black trim carriage (part that screws in underneath the painted trim) piece on reassembly. All in all it really wasn't bad. Best of all, nothing broke and the car still works.

Did the RGS screens for GTS, love the look and more importantly the protection.

Unbelievably, I found them on OfferUp! it was pure luck I found these...otherwise I’d have to get them off EBay from Latvia! Seller modified his 2019 Turbo S and replaced these with full on racing seats!

Hi, is removing the trim to the left and right of the center console difficult? I’m thinking of changing them to leather. Thanks

Black headlight spray nozzles, 8.5 liters of Mobil 1 and a new filter, did my first 991.2 oil change.
They'd look better with the black headlight surrounds, but they match all the other black bits on the car, including wheels, badges, front lip, etc.
