NJ991: I was going to text you about this system. I saw it listed on the forums. Nice pick up..
If that dent concerns you (its hidden anyway) I think one of those dent specialists could pop it out in 5 minutes with their hot glue pull tool and make it perfect..

Looking forward to the write up and pics!
This system was actually sold to me by Sam at ByDesign. No, that little ding won’t bother me, but thank you. It’ll be towards the top part, and I won’t ever see it. Sam gave me a killer deal on new 200 cells cats. Your exhaust setup is perfect, so I wanted to make sure I got the exact same setup. Again, I very much appreciate you meeting with me. I’ll certainly look forward to spring time and we can get together with our cars.

Bought a 2017 GTS 4, less than 2 weeks ago, I'll post up some pics soon.
Already spending extra moneys...
Ordered GT3RS side skirts, should be here by the end of the month.
BFI shift ****, what a difference. Definitely worth the price. Was gonna do a red "coin" to match the red gauges and belts, but it didn't go well with the ****.
See post #5324 above. He's not kidding. I did cables and shifter, so I don't know how much difference shifter alone makes but the combo is transformative for the car.

With it being weighted and also sitting lower, it was a noticable difference to me, feels firmer and more solid.
I'm sure the short shifter makes a huge difference too, not denying that.

Replaced water pump (preventative), coolant, and a coolant valve on the 991.1 S. Replaced rear tires. BTW, the original water pump was perfectly fine. 60k miles.

Parts were about $500 from dealer. Water pump, valve, hose from valve to coolant line, and various o-rings. 3 gallons of coolant (+ 3 gal of distilled water) $50
From a 996 but good as new and at a fraction of the cost for a new one. It’s really quite compact at 12”x3”x3”. Now to find a nice little case to put it in since I won’t be using the foam tire mold.
Great question. A flat caused by a simple puncture by a nail or screw is much easier to fix with the tire removed. Anything worse than that will just have to get car towed
