I was able to come up with a mounting solution for the dragy in my 991.2 that I am happy with. I didn’t want to use the cellphone mount and wanted something a bit more discreet. I actually had a small magnetic plate from a wireless charging kit (scosche brand) that fit the dragy perfectly. I found a good spot to mount it on the defroster vent panel and it’s nice and stable as well as removable. Hope this helps others!

The magnetic plate

How it fits in the dragy

Plate mounted with thin double side tape. Only had to use one as the other end is secured between the windshield and the ridge on the dash

Mounted up!

Ahhhh - yes, that helps. I was struggling to find a good spot for mine, and that looks like it will work nicely.

255/35/20 and 315/35/20
The 245's and 305's are just to small

FYI, I replaced the Rennline phone mount disc with this. If you have a phone with Magsafe, it's the best of both worlds. You can get it in black too.

Black rear bumper lettering for my 991.1.

I scratched the rear bumper and figured that it's time for a change as the body shop is removing the chrome letters

Need more info! I'm going to be doing the same sizes for my custom wheels (20x9 fronts and 20x11.5 rears).
I believe there isn't much of an issue at all for the rears as there's supposed to be plenty of space. I'm doing et71 in the rears to push the wheel out a bit.
Fronts will be et45 to push the wheel out as well. I'll lower on Bilstein B16s as well.
What tires did you go with? How's the look now vs. stock?

OE carbon steering wheel, inner door sills, duck tail spoiler and white gauges in the works. If anyone has a set of Miami Blue seat belts for sale let me know.

RS Spyder wheels
245's had the stretch look. 255's look much meatier and the 315's fit perfect with no bulge.
Front - 8.5 x 20 ET 49
Rear - 11.5 x 20 ET 56
