I may be in the same boat as you. .75 X 4 corners is not too shabby. Add 2 lbs per Girodisk per corner and you are looking at almost 12 pounds of unsprung and rotating mass removed. Thats significant.
I won't go out of my way to get new brakes but when its time for brakes replacement I will surely be changing them.

It does add up, little by little. BTW, 2 Piece, aluminum hat rotors are also in my future. And same as you, only when I wear down the OE stuff. I've actually run Giro Discs on both my Evora and my 4C. Great products in both cases.

Finally got around to putting the hitch on the wife's car and testing out the Seasucker on the GTS. Took my Trek up to High Rocks (Tinicum, PA) for a few hours of riding.
Ironically, as soon as burn through these pilot sport cup 2's, I plan on resetting with new black BBS FI R wheels. Also, do know that they will darken slightly over time. They are exceptionally "shiny" when new. They do offer a "darkened" version, but paying extra for that seemed even sillier to me than my already silly initial purchase.

Finally broke down and bought a set of these (with reasoned and well thought recommendation from a well known RL expert). These go on next week and getting my calipers painted too. No wheels and tires yet.... still researching options.
