It did not affect the spoiler function at all, still goes up at 80mph, I don’t track my car so not sure if it would affect the aero dynamics of the car, I drove it today for the first time and had the car up to 85-87mph and didn’t notice any stability issues, I mainly purchased it for the aesthetics, I didn’t want anything too big or to complicated to install

I would imagine that such a spoiler on top of the regular spoiler in the up position may be way too much, and could be acting more like an air brake than a spoiler. On a long drive you will definitely notice the reduced gas mileage.

He said he mainly bought it for aesthetics. Sure it is going to have some effect on aero but unless he is regularly driving a 9/10 or greater on high speed tracks or cruises down the highway at 120+ it really won't make much of a difference for a street driven car.
