Ok guys. So my dealer received a few .2s on thursday so I went to test drive one today... Before all of you .2s naysayers attack me, of course I am biased because my .2 is currently on a ship.... but what a car!! It was far better than my expectations. Mind this car had 15 miles on the clock so it was still pretty tight. But what fun it was!! the response was immediate and I could not detect any turbo lag or hesitation, but please know that while I rate myself as above average driver, I am no track rat! Yes, the sound was underwhelming, certainly not the note from the NA, but certainly not bad.... Now the excruciating agony of the wait is even worse for me... !!

PS: the car I drove had Pirelli P Zeros on.

Where are you located?

My dealer has 3 listed on their website (West Coast) but when I called they told me the official launch date is 3-17-2016.

Even though I have a deposit down on one they won't let me look at what is on the back lot.

South Florida. Yes I think some dealers are more strict than others. Another dealer in the area will have a launch party next Saturday and another dealer's party will be on 3/31. Keep in mind some folks on this thread reported expecting to take delivery of their car sometime this coming week. I think it will be literally just a few days before you see them in Arizona...

I was just speaking with my sales guy and he told me I should be able to drive one Monday or Tuesday.

My car just docked in San Juan Puerto Rico. It is still about a month out from the dealership.
