Cheers,
Thanks for the kind words. I did get a short 3 mile drive before dropping it off for PPF, tint, winter wheels set, radar and a few more extra goodies. Will be out of town so will pickup after 1st of year. Then the miles will start adding up.

Hey guys. I was hoping to add ACC (adaptive cruise control) to my new C4S but after looking more closely at the front bumper I am wondering if the license plate will partially cover/block the radar sensor making it useless. I don't want to spend $2,800 and find out I can't use it. I asked my SA and he said it "should work" but then asked another SA today who said he thought it would block the radar. Unfortunately we have front plates in Ontario. Does anyone who lives in a province/state that requires front plates know if this will be a problem for ACC? Thanks to anyone who can help!!

According to this post and this other post the bracket which comes with your ACC-equipped car doesn't interfere with either the ACC system or with parking sensors. It might be a slightly different bracket than comes with non-ACC cars -- not sure.

Out of waiting room 2 weeks ago. Old car can be seen in the back which was given back after only 18 months. Still not sure which one I like better.

Thanks planet for your response and the link. I read through it. Yesterday I asked my SA to call head office to confirm that the plate will not interfere with the ACC radar. It is crazy to think that the front plate would block the ACC sensor given how many cars are sold in NA. cheers
