I'm not a fan of these bypass pipes or deletes myself. I think a half *** way of doing something on the cheap with a few bent pipes. Just my personal opinion!! I know other guys like them.

PSE or upgrade to a Akrapovic or Tubi full system. Someone who will stand behind their product too.

I am with you totally STG. I am thinking the same thing. If I am in it for the long haul, I might consider the Akra. Tubi is good too!

Issue is guys want cheap mods that have caviar dreams. You can't have both.

Bent pipe deletes are an inexpensive fix for a loud sound. I'll leave bent pipes for my house plumbing.

trying to understand this hard stance. don't highly reputable exhaust companies make x pipes? I know GMG, FabSpeed and Sharkwerks all have offerings, and I always thought they were reputable. Also, don't all exhausts have "bent pipes"? please enlighten me because i just may well be the victim of caviar dreams. thx.

Well this is interesting. I was pretty sure I'd do the AWE exhaust at some point, but it's not looking good at the moment. I'd love some more information, or perhaps an explanation from the AWE rep?

Agreed 100%. This list does not include IPE, Cargraphic, FVD Brombacher, and many others. An x-pipe is a legitimate exhaust mod and one of many options available... rear section delete/replace, side muffler replacement, headers, full replacement, etc.

This doesn't look like a bunch of cheap bent pipes but what do I know...

Doesn't that other tip connect to the side muffler output?

Hadn't heard anything bad about AWE until this forum, and only over the last few days? Thought they were good people...
