Well not me yet lol, A friend has the same unit as mine. And she is not the original owner. She has a bad valve, but AWE is making it right. Its all taken care of now!

But the valves make horrible noise on start up until it warms up and than it goes away. A metallic sound and pinging. Porsche said it was the valves.

The sales manager said his BMW does that too, nothing to be concerned about lol. So I won't push something to anyone until I know if I have a valve issue it will be taken care of. Or its not considered an issue unless its physically broken.
The old PSE did it on my Cayenne GTS and drove me NUTS!! Sounded like a baseball card in the rear spokes of a bike when cold. Maybe a loose valve?? Or expansion/contraction when cold/hot? Never got to the bottom of it.

I know not an AWE, but sounds like same or similar issue.
