Thanks for compiling, that is pretty handy!

If I could make one small suggestion though, would probably be best if you pasted the URL for the original image in question vs a screenshot from your phone. I don't think we need your signal strength/battery status etc... plus more importantly the images are being cropped/resized from landscape to portrait mode.

I'll remember that when I send my invoice out!! :

Actually, those screen shots were from that spy video. I paused it and took pics. I'm not very high tech. A better way to do it?

The sport steering wheel-mounted mode controls for Normal, Individual, Sport, Sport Plus, and Sport Response is very encouraging for the 991.2 TT/TTS. A slightly more functional PCM screen is nice, but not earthshaking. Interesting that an axle lift is available on the C S. Rear wheel steering is a must for those ordering the 991.2.
To me the exterior changes are mostly to accommodate the turbos, so Porsche stay true to its coda of form following function.
It will be interesting to see how the price might change here given the ~20% drop in the euro to the dollar in the past year. The TT/TTS will likely have a price bump given what will be somewhat more than typically incremental power boost. The additional modes might sharpen track response further than it now has.

Default Real "Turbo S" and Targa 991.2

New facelifted real "turbo" model and Targa. These cars have been spotted, but a few new angles. The black rear grill looks hideous on the Targa along with the new look not complimenting it well.

As far as the real "Turbo S" model. I think an improvement from the current one for sure.

I personally think the 991.2 Turbo S will look BETTER than the 991.2 Carrera S/GTS/etc... Seems like it from the pics. The exhaust location and pipes definitely look better!

Geez, if they're all going to be Turbos, might as well get the original Turbo.

I was surprised to hear these may be shown in Frankfurt too in September.

Small detail but it looks like Turbo will have distinctive two-strip DRLs.

If I had to pick. The "real turbo" 991.2 looks much better than the facelift 991.2 Carrera S. Wasn't the case with 991.1's

If you buy into the turbo hype, might as well go big and better looking.

The "real turbo" will definitely be better looking. But the S is already in the "indecent" price range for me... And I'm sure it will be quite a looker in the flesh. I don't really mind the controversial black grille since my car will be black.

I think it is because the base car's front clip has veered a bit too gape - mouthed to the " aggressive " side not commensurate with the hardware under the rear lid.

And it was a forgone conclusion that Porsche would put a distinctive light signature ( stacked DRLs ) on the " Top " to clear the knowing out of the inside lane of the Autobahn !

If I was looking to buy a new car now, I'd be scouring the country for a 991.1 GTS allocation.

Or just buy a GT3!

Besides rear wheel steering, nothing really exciting about 991.2....

Someone, please, immediately remove the pencil from Mr. Mauer’s hands! Is there an end to how f-ugly these cars can get? Apparently not. What’s so better about the Turbo model? Still looks disjointed and has an irregular bullet hole on its flat-spotted hips.

I am so glad I never specced the smart cruise control option, that camera on the front of the cars is an abomination that should meet with a reversing tow-hook asap!
