So a PTS color in the classic greens and blues will appeal to a passionate group. What's new? Will the car sell quicker? Probably.

The extra PTS $$ cost is built into the MSRP. So on average, your car will return on average the same resale $$ percentage as any other car for the desirable colors.

BTW .. I am a big PTS fan.

We barely see any PTS Carrera's anyway. The ones we have seen are either priced to sell or the owners think they have the most special car in the world.

I wish all the critics would actually find some nice cars to post here instead of dissecting every little word I write.

Different prices on different sites, but around $68K. PDK, PSE, SC, Burmester, folding mirrors (my must have). Around 32K miles

Interesting CarFax history (dealer bidding and selling to itself at auction?)

Okay you were great in your measured response until you posted the orange monster,. Can we leave this at cars please ?

[QUOTE=STG;14893067]A little sensitive are we? What do the classifieds have to do with the political climate??

So you're the one that can claim what's more HFS than others? First post ever here? If so, you have a magic gift.

Each situation is different, as is each buyer. Don't get your feelings hurt. I happen to like PTS cars quite a bit

I know Amaranth red was available in 2012-2013. The local dealer had a low-mile base manual 991 trade in early 2016, sold in a couple of days. Quite a striking color

How does Ruby compare?

That ruby red looks the absolute nuts. If only it had an espresso interior.

Ruby is a deep rich red. Amaranth is not as dark and has a rust orange hue to it in certain lights. I've seen them side-by-side and they are both great colors.

Ruby would be the safer choice between the two if that matters.

PTS always listed as so on build sheet. Never says which color though which is bizarre.
