early 991s are already mid 60s. though, reason why i asked is ads like this.

I’d say salvage title (says “no accidents,” but could be a theft recovery especially considering the extent of the mods), but even for that it’s a solid deal.
EDIT: Noticed it says clean title.

Folks- New to the forum..would this be a good deal?

Thanks...will do some diligence on vroom. General problems I have read about seem to be in paperwork and sometimes in getting the car itself.
Trying to figure out if the cars are good.. Has anyone had a "poor" experience with the car itself?

I was also a bit put off when I talked to one of the telephone sales guys there about a car, trying to find out some basic info like "does it have two keys, does it have manuals, are there any significant scratches or blemishes on the car". The answers were "don't know and no way to find out, I'm in a call center and have no idea even what state the car is in" for the manuals/keys and "all are cars are perfect, no scratches anywhere, even though I've never laid eyes on it" for the condition, which is wholly unbelievable.
Again, cars seem cheap, photos seem good, return policy seems generous... It sounds like the risk is if they live up to their commitments and not tie up $80K of your cash for potentially a couple of months while they try to ship you a car which you end up possibly having to return if it doesn't meet expectations...
All of the above is speculation, I haven't bought a car from them. If you do find folks who have had great experiences buying high end cars from them (or if you buy one yourself), circle back and let us at HFS know!
