This is a desirable car, if one can live with the wood trim interior. Also, no PSE, which is odd, considering it has every other available option known to man.

Never understand why so many sellers/dealers feel the need to take pictures with spoiler up. Does it make the car look faster while parked? Is there some great buyer fear that the spoiler on the car he buys may not work?!

No it is for sale. I don't think this is the thread for a car like this, since the OP and his self proclaimed ego is all about S and 4S models with PDK. Manual cars aren't posted and certainly not non S models. The OP started the thread and I was discouraged in my quest to find a manual Cab base on here, so I moved on, but still read here sometimes for some odd reason. I like the car I posted, but no one else did with all the chest pounding going on. I agree, buying a PDK car is like looking for a Toyota Corolla compared to a manual cab. There are only a small handful of cars I am looking at, but the PDK folks on this thread can wait for an exact match since there are TONS of them all over the place for sale. A dime a dozen.

I'm an S kinda guy that wants a full leather interior, but that's a very nice build, the sport techno wheels look great with white, and it has three pedals! What's not to like? With a good PPI and a few thousand off asking seems like a good deal and a nice car. But then I'm partial to white cabs and atypical wheels. Nice find IMHO.

This is a VERY nice manual base model CAB with SC and PSE.

Not a common find really in this combo with the cosmetics too. Great history too. Originally listed for $69,995

I'd say you can sweep in and get a couple more thousand $$$ off no problem. I'd go in and offer $62K to start. Not sure how long it's been for sale?

Good luck ANY person know the difference between these. Even I'd have to take take a close look with it driving down the street. I know one is a 4S, but just making the point that the average person can't tell if it's a new $140K car, or a pre-owned $65K one. Not that I really care, but just making a point between the year/model range in the 991.1 line.

Look at the $$ difference.

There is nothing wrong with base models if priced accordingly. Sometimes they're at great price points which is the appeal. Would I pay $85K for one? No. Too many other options at that price point.

The smaller high rev engine is quick and has a great sound with PSE and SC.

I use the site below to answer that question. It's not perfect, but another data point

Still waking up. I guess I could look at the CarFax like I normally do. One month. They want to move this car soon! I'd go in starting at $60K. Maybe you can get it for $62k-$63K?

Had been posted a couple weeks back by myself. Nice car. The blue over blue will be a challenge. Attractive at the right price which isn't where it's at now.

Not sure if anyone takes it into consideration, but it's from the NE. For 4 years it's been in CT. Snow, slush, salt? Who knows if it was driven in the winter. I based my decision on cars that are from the south. FL, CA, GA, TX, AZ. I grew up in the NE. I've seen firsthand what can happen if you drive in the winter. If somebody bought it as a personal lease then they may not care if they drive it all winter.

what's up with 991 pricing lately? I just did a search on cars.com; even at asking, this is basically the cheapest 991 manual cab in the country, and closest to the cheapest overall, which gets you into "damaged carfax, purchased on auction" territory. On the Porsche pre-owned locator, the cheapest 991 cab (manual or PDK) is $70k with 45k miles; the meat of base 2013-2014 991 C2 Cabs are $77-80k.

For this car in particular, at $65k, it sits at around 55% of MSRP. That is a massive price discrepancy. Looking at where a 997.2 C2S cab sits with 20k miles, it would still be in the high 50's, and even those are priced at high 40's with 50k miles.

Seems like everyone jacked up their prices $10k in the past month. Is there that much demand for 991's all of the sudden? A couple years back, everyone was complaining about the 991 losing the "soul" of the 911

Good point. It only has 7K miles though, might be just fine. I put winters on my M3 and didn't drive it in bad weather, but I didn't want to be on summers when the winter thaw would happen and we strung together a few good days of sunshine.

The weather in Connecticut isn't that extreme however. It barely snows there! Maine or Northern Vermont, very different story. Where was the car titled?

I was in the same exact position about 3 months ago. I was looking for a silver or possibly grey C2S with the right packages and a non black interior. I was finding potential cars a long ways away from me and ended up finding a beautiful basalt black car at a local Porsche dealer at a great price so I went for it. Somewhat to my surprise I find that I'm very happy with the black (particularly the basalt with it's high metallic content) and I'm glad I went that way - YMMV.

It's not a daily driver for me so keeping it clean is pretty easy.
