Checked out this car earlier this week Drove fine but car looked like it hasn't been waxed since day one. Cab roof is stained and interior needs detail. A few questions: Car is priced at 44% off list. Is this a competitive price in the current market with 22K miles? New tires, brakes and rotors installed by dealer and its CPO to 3/2019 and carfax looks OK
What is the replacement cost of a cab roof? All 4 wheels were curbed but will be refinished by dealer. This will be my first 911(coming from a 981S) and I do not want to make an expensive mistake. Thanks in advance for your opinions.
PS This must have been a spectacular car when new and as an OCD with cars I cant believe someone would let it deteriorate so badly.

If it's that bad, pass. Many better choices out there with guys that take care of their cars.
While I do love the color, not sure Mexico Blue PTS is worth $4,000 more than the very similar Miami Blue available on 2017's
Given that exterior color is the most important subjective criterion during carbuying (based on a research study whose link I can't find at the moment), I'm sure that there's at least 1 person out there thinks that MexBlue is worth the extra simoleons.
Hi everybody! New to the board and looking for my first 911.... Was going to make an offer on one of these tomorrow. which would you recommend and what price should I aim for?
2013 CPO 911 4S Coupe with 20K Miles (2 Owners) MSRP $134K - Listed at $84K (Has SportDesign Package front & ducktail and steel sunroof)
or
2013 CPO 911 4S Cabriolet with 20K Miles (1 Owner) MSRP $136 - Listed at $88K (has Drop Top)
Both Agate Grey and has all the same features - Sport Chrono, Sports Exhaust, PDK, PDLS Lights, SportDesign Wheel.
Thanks!

^^^ both look nice. Would need to see in person. The way those dealers price, you're not going to get over $5K off asking. They usually will drop prices if they've been sitting 2+ months.
Maybe hope for $3-4K off? Don't be shocked if it's less.
By the By....John from North Houston is definitely a stand up guy. Had a great "Face-Time" session where he went over all the details of my target car/s and was very through, detailed and an all around great guy....Just saying. Thanks for the recommend Stg!
