Yup, had a bad accident in 2020 where the airbag was deployed.
It was odd too because the initial dealer info was missing and the car just randomly existed with 12k miles and first title issued then. I did some more digging and turns out, of all places, this car was listed for sale in Ukraine before then. That's why there's no usual detailed accident info. Maybe it was sent there and then came back (which I've personally handled for clients in the past). If there was ever a car to run from, it may be this one lol.
Price is great! Sounds like a great PPI especially with everything mechanical being good. That is huge. I paid 100+ for my 991.1 4S not that ago, so If you feel good about it, go for it!

I pulled a carfax and it looks like there has been 4 owners and a few more service records. I don't think the 40k has been done though, and it will need tires in the next 5000 miles.
Seems like a lukewarm deal. There have been some GTS with higher msrp that sold on BaT for less.

There is a 2017 Speed Yellow S w/ manual and 24K miles for $101k and still has CPO for another 1.5 years 2017 C2S
Market is cooling off, but still inflated. Manual cars with nontypical color are hard to find. I think your offer is fair with a good DME and assessment of your expenditures to get the car on a current maintenance schedule. Prepandemic you could have bought that car for 110k with remaining factory warranty.
