HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991

Anyone have experience with Grand Prix motors in Portland? They're a private used car dealer but looks like they specialize in Porsche (the owner is a self proclaimed Porsche enthusiast) and other high end exotics. They posted a C2S I'm interested in with a CarFax minor damage report to the rear. The salesman I got in touch with seemed to insist it's a non issue and was something purely cosmetic, my only potential cause for concern is it being a rear engined platform obviously. I plan on having the car PPI'd if I get to that point, it would just be nice to have some assurance now from this forum regarding Grand Prix, or a warning to stay away. Cheers
The great fact is that car salespeople usually know very little about the cars they sell. It comes in usually through a buyer and the salesman knows squat about the history let alone an accident that happened years ago. The only thing that counts is that it can hurt the value.
Pulled the trigger on this 2014 C4S. Probably overpaid by a hair, but the fact that it is a CPO car that seems very well sorted with great history made the decision easier. I really wanted a manual, but struck out on a few cars that had overrevs in range 4-6 so I tired of getting excited, pay $500 for PPI and then not buying the car. The PDK is a great tranny and I'm sure I'll love it. Next, become a PCA member and take her on some drives

Have seen this happen a few times recently with them. It's still listed on Autotrader under the original seller. They really like scooping up cars and jacking up the price.

Thoughts on this car? I think it is worth about 90-110k depending on a number of factors. Am I off? Considering buying it.

Found an interesting one here. Might be worth a cross country trip. Good options, similar price to the Grand Prix one I posted earlier with a clear CarFax. Comes in my favourite (and future) Ferrari 458 colour combo to boot: red over tan. https://www.autonationnissanmarietta...9a6e0d76d8.htm
