Ok I'm back. 2018 911 Carrera T on CarMax https://www.carmax.com/car/21514006. This would be a daily driver and I've heard the buckets are actually pretty comfortable, but I'm a little worried about that. Any options this is missing that you think are required?

Edit: CarMax vehicle history site barely has any info (but shows it as clean) so I bought the CarFax, looks like it might have been in an accident.

Looks like a nice spec, buckets are fine, did you transfer it or did someone beat you to it?

No I have it reserved! Going to call CarMax today and find out about this accident nonsense.

Update: CarMax basically told me that their accident history pulls from a few sources but not everywhere and they weren't willing to look into it more, so I cancelled the hold. In case anybody looks up this car in the future the VIN number is: WP0AA2A94JS106130

So……does the Carfax show an accident or not? It’s not uncommon for Autocheck to capture an accident that isn’t on a Carfax and vice versa. You said your Carfax might indicate an accident, what does that mean?

Yea, CarFax shows an accident. I was unsure if it was accurate or not since both reports were conflicting but I think it’s probably safe to say the car has been in an accident. It was priced at $103k, which is definitely low, and makes me think even more that the accident indication is correct.

Not sure how long this has been listed.
2015 Black/Black GTS with a manual transmission. Looks like there was one minor incident on CarFax (it states just scratches and possible minor dents).
For the price, it seems to be reasonable. Two owners with 27K miles. MSRP $130K asking $113K.

Here's another one.
2015 Silver/Black GTS with a manual transmission. No accidents or incidents listed on CarFax.
Five previous owners with 37K miles. MSRP $132K asking $119K. It has the Sport Aero package and states fresh brakes.

What do you reckon about this 991.2 C4S with 46k miles? Lists 109k but I think it can be had for much less...

Intrigued by this low mileage (6,500) 2016 Carrera S for 100k. Not in love with color nor wheels though.

I had a look at this car in person. It's certainly been driven, if not spent a decent portion of its life outside in Florida in the sun. The headlight lenses are quite rough, the rubber seals on the roof and plastic on the engine cover show signs of aging, as examples. However, it's not that bad either.

I've not driven many 911s -- is it normal for them to have interior rattles? Nothing crazy but definitely noticeable, that seemed strange to me.

This one wouldn't be HFS to me, but the Miami Blue caught my eye and it does have good options and a $135 K MSRP. 2017 C2S, PDK, leather, glass roof, 35K miles, $106K. It was CPO'd by the local dealer in May, though I assume that coverage has been lost now that it is in the hands of an independent dealer. Car is very close to where I live in the Winter.

That's pretty well close to HFS in present market conditions. I'd say HFS.
