gorgeous car and well optioned. wish more people went with colored seat belts
Yeah back in those day when I was messing around with configurator all day long I thought to myself what a dumb way to waste hundreds of bucks. Now after I got one that has it(yellow matching the yellow caliper) oh boy does it light up your mood each time you buckle up(especially for an all blk int)! It is a 'must have' to me now for single tone interior.(matching paint or caliper as it fits)
Another 'must have' on my list now is the full leather interior, with that you just got a perfect blend of performance & luxury. Personally I wouldn't list my car for sale if it has it. Geez the original owner specc'ed PCCB yet he didn't check that all leather box.
Love this car. Having found it back in the da and listing it right here at the start of HFS, it holds a lot of memories. As stated, last 3 owners are Rennlisters and HFS guys. Car has been well taken care of.
Yeah talking about going all the way back to page 1. TBH I couldn't find listings comparable so was not sure about the market. But given the spec&condition I think it's more than fair to offer it around mid 70s. CPO still has 2-3 months left so buyer can get any issue he finds unpleasing addressed by local dealer. And dare I say it even looks/smells like new! Guess at this price bracket buyers are more leaning towards a better deal than a better spec.
Want something different and a convertible so looking at 981 gts/spyder , 718 s/gts as well. I always fancy a 981 spyder (largely due to the looks, recently their price seems to have soften a bit finally) until I realized that I suck at driving manual(been a millennial my only exposure to manual was like 10+ yrs ago when I first learned how to drive, but obviously I've thrown that skill away completely) so that's a no-go.
Tried both 718s & 981gts today, 718s is a big let down to me except the power delivery(torque-y on a wide band & pulls almost as hard as my .1s in those 5k peak). And that new multifunction steering wheel is cool to have. You get the look & function at the same time compared to 991/981. Ride quality & steering feel may be a little bit improved? The overall nimble feeling in handling is pretty much same as 981 not sure if 718 is better. After all these inputs you must think that sounds promising right? But to me it is a car of a totally different character, and not in a good way, probably largely due to the sound, and maybe also how the turbo delivers the power. H6 sounds glorious, H4 is just not there. NA rewards you & begs for revving and turbo just pulls u hard anytime with barely noticeable lag, yet I still want that NA H6. In short, it's such a joy to drive a 981/991 like a maniac. Although 718s is a such a capable capable car, I don't have much desire to push it hard, it doesn't ignite me and surely it won't wake me up 5:30 in the morning. Me & my buddy turned head and said let's just get back almost simultaneously after 2 or 3 miles out of the dealer lot--this is not an exaggeration. That's how unexciting the driving experience is.to us. We all agreed that 718 looks awesome(definitely more delicate&updated than 981, a base RY 718 cayman in showroom doesn't look too shabby next to a .2 GT3) and fits two crowds best:1 new comers of p-world who don't give a fxxx about the H6 or NA and this is what pcar should be to them 2 Guys with NA weapons like GT3/458 etc. and it'll be a nice little complement to their stable. Very friendly for the wife too(be a driver or passenger). And I think I can understand now why it's such a huge success in my home country market(China) with the personality change: It's fairly priced(base starting from ~80k usd, lol sounds horrible but imported cars have a hefty tax, goes higher as the displacement gets larger so 981 base starts from 100k ish or so ) and comfortable and so effortless to drive and not noisy/loud(many buyers are young ladies).
I will try a 718 BGTS tomorrow to see if GTS can convert me.
As for 981GTS, I love the driving dynamic although the 911s is more planted and has higher limit. The only drawback to me is that it's a bit underpowered, especially after testing 718s & coming from a 991.1S. It sounds so damn good maybe even too good for the power, don't know if anyone can get me. So my long long fantasy with the spyder actually makes sense given that they are powerful - mid engined - looks crazy good - has GT car like interior ..... but I'm a sucker stuck with PDK. If they can make a PDK 718 spyder with a more powerful 3.8H6 (I think that's at least what it takes to out perform 718gts if stays NA) with electric roof that still keeps the rear hump(probably dreaming. I'm ok with the current manual one but would trade 'weight saving' for convenience in a heartbeat as long as the look is intact), that's gonna be the one for me.
Sorry for too much non-senses to hi-jack the HFS thread, I'm probably a bit car-high right now...
Hi all, been a while but I've decided to let go of my beloved 2013 C2S.
Summary of the car: 2013 C2S PDK, 22K miles, CPO expiring end of Feb 2019, Xpel wrapped front, 134k msrp high build with many goodies : GT silver/SC/PSE/(non-squeaky)PCCB and matching belts/SPASM/14way/Bose etc. check build sheet for detailed list, excellent inside out
This one has full history with HFS thread as it can be tracked since page 1(https://rennlist.com/forums/991/8636...l#post12125115) and the last three owners(me included) are all HFS alumni. So I hope I can pass the torch to the next fellow member.
Here is the link last time it got sold https://rennlist.com/forums/991/8636...l#post14569138 It has a pretty good description of the car, only change since then is 4K incident free happy miles under my watch (always garaged & no track usage, but I do drive it in the rain sometime given the PNW weather )
Asking 76K & I'll take care of the coming service. Car located in Seattle(Kirkland WA to be more accurate).
Have you listed in the classifieds here on Rennlist? Cars.com?
I'd list at $74,995.00 and consider all offers. Realistically FSBO will get less $$ than a Porsche dealer.
Just mentioning it here isn't probably a big enough audience.
I saw in another thread that HelpMeHelpU is selling his car for roughly $100,000. Wasn't it posted here awhile back? Gorgeous car! I do wonder though about pricing out a build of something that rare. I personally wouldn't consider this car if I had an option of getting a GTS for similar money. It must be a tough car to move, kind of like selling the most expensive house in the neighborhood. Maybe someone here can take it off his hands; he seems like a good guy!

Yeah, this is my buddies old car. He was the original owner. HelpMe is the second owner.

What is current mileage? $100K??
I saw 22,000 miles somewhere.
I posted a really nice C4S with the Sport Design kit here last summer; I believe it was a $140k build. That one sold for $82,500, with similar mileage. This one has to be worth more. Another HFS was a 2013 or 2014 C2S with X51 last summer and 20,000 miles; if I remember right, that guy got $76,000. It didn't have PCCB or 18-ways though; I think it was a $130k build or so? There aren't many X51-equipped cars out there
Found a nearly perfect (for me) 991.2 build, private sale with lots of CPO remaining and a great price. ~20K miles, $75K. Decided to jump on it...
... and of course the Seller decides he wants to keep it instead of selling.
Find me another one like this!
Manual
Sport exhaust
Sport chrono
Sport seats
Sport design mirrors
GT Steering wheel
Glass Roof
This one has 14-ways, not sport seats+, but it has been for sale for quite awhile, and is sapphire blue (best stock color, IMO!). I bet you could get it for mid 80's. It has lower mileage but no CPO.

As posted above, mileage of my car is ~15.5k now.
Re "There aren't many X51-equipped cars out there"....A dealer once told me that fewer than one percent of 991s had the X51 Powerkit, so it would appear to be very rare.
Someone above commented on my X51-equipped C4S compared with a GTS, to which I offer the following: If a buyer is set on having (1) GTS model designation, (2) abundant Alcantara, and or (3) Center Lock wheels, then a GTS makes more sense (assuming, of course, it has [2] and or [3]). If, however, one simply wants the performance of a GTS, then I'll challenge anyone to find a more well-equipped GTS, anywhere. (My car is model-designation delete, so from a pure "label" perspective, it's a minor issue.) On top of that, a GTS is likely to cost more, even though simply on an MSRP basis would deliver less value/bang for the buck. (Another minor consideration: my car is a 2014 and the 991 GTS first appeared in 2015, but in a handful of years that distinction will fade into oblivion.)

Reason: clarity

No link, and $85K without CPO is about $10K too high IMHO.
I can tell you the car was VERY well taken care of by the first owner. I'm sure the same with you. Car has the documented owner history to at least reference.
