You're probably right. Don't pay much attention to the higher priced non GTS models.
Why a 2014 or 2015 makes 100x more sense. Same car, less $$, mileage being the same as well.
Paying $100K for a used 991.1 S or 4S is nuts in my opinion. That's GTS territory. The deals are in the 2012.5-2015's where you can still find low mileage ones and $85K or less. Most in $70K's.

Haven't you been trying to sell it for a year??

What was the latest $$? At $124K asking, no wonder it didn't sell. Current mileage?

MSRP: $129K

Please update us on the BAT listing. In all seriousness, what kind of reserve are you thinking or what do you think this car is worth?
I like the car, but the comps and the current market speaks for itself. You really think it's appreciated since you bought it? Not sure what you eventually paid, but Johnny Mac wanted $115K with 6K miles back like what, 2 years ago?

Here's a comp from last year. $17K higher MSRP and 10K miles. A self described "twin".

Here's the GTS we've discussed that's currently down to $116K.

Here at HFS, we just like to give an honest assessment of the market here. No fluff and hype or playing favorites like you see in other parts of the forum.

It's pretty easy to price the car out that will move it in 60-90 days. It's not rocket science. We've dedicated a whole stickie to it here
Keep us posted
Love this build. Will be following the BAT listing. The one head scratcher is yellow calipers, yellow belts, yellow face gauges...all the accompaniments of PCCBs without the PCCBs.

Tell BaT we're the experts here They probably lurk here as is.
Is the reserve $$ shown or can you share it? Or nobody knows until it's surpassed?

Don't think the faux yellow calipers are much of a negative. They're needed to pull together the belts and gauges at this point.
The price is the deciding factor here. If the car was white, black, or silver it would be in the low/mid $80K's. You decide the premium on a PTS color which seems to be more common now as well. The premium is $10K-$15K in my opinion.

You can always upgrade to PCCB's.
The days of a naturally aspirated non GT 911 are long gone let alone PTS - Manual - Sunroof delete & factory ducktail.
Did I mention it comes with two sets of rear lights (clear & the red ones installed now).
