I wonder what edition number that one is...imagine if it was one of the desired numbers?

or 0666

BTW my dealer got 5 allocations. One was for stock with an idea: leave the car in the showroom next to the Xmas tree during a few weeks. Well, once prepared and left in the showroom at noon. The car (geyser grey) was sold at 4pm to a nice lady...

Is the "grill" between the tail light a funcional one? When i saw the car i did not check in detail and just curious if it is just aethetic or if it helps the engine bay to breath a little more.....

I got my Commission Number yesterday.
Does anyone know if the Commission Number for the 911_50 is the same as one's Limited Edition number? If so, then mine will be 1664.
I did not realize the possibility until after the dealer closed for the weekend; I will check back with them tomorrow.

I would for sure choose Leipzig for the awesome test circuit experience anytime!

Went for Zuffenhausen delivery only because the booked-out schedule there would have meant a delivery delay of around 6 weeks...

911/50 - As CBG says - delivery in Leipzig includes a session on the test track - in a vehicle "comparable to the one you are getting" - i.e. you get to shred Porsche's tires, and redline their engine, as yours is brand new!
I will be dropping off the car in Stuttgart, so will do the museum/factory tour at that time.

The car is equipped with winter tires and there was very little traffic on the road. I know every meter of that pass and I’ve been driving in difficult road conditions roads for almost 25 years now. So I decided to give it a try.

The road is 25 kilometers long and climbs up to an altitude of 2350 meters – most part of it was covered in snow. The car did just fabulous. I had no problems at all going up. When I started playing with the throttle, the rear was pulling out a little, but it felt very controllable. When I got used to it a little, it was so much fun to drive!

Downhill I went really slow. The tires did not have that much grip, but I did not had to fear loosing control over the car for a second. It was not exactly fun, but it worked just fine.

This car is so versatile and capable, its just amazing!

Cheers! ymg.
