I am losing hope. I can't believe how long this is taking 😔
I feel your pain. Only solace I can offer is that the combination of the project manager (me) being a retired orthodontist, commercial pilot and retired Army officer (with all that implies) and the shop I am working with being focused on an excellent product vs a quick turn out will hopefully result in a good outcome. Starting out, I thought this would be a 6 month project, at most.
Take your time, looking forward to it and thank for doing what nearly every after market company would not do.
My only ask is get an much intercooler air flow as you can.

Doing it right always takes a lot of time…and I prefer it perfect and functional more than quick. Thanks for your efforts and diligence.
Wicked has one but it’s 5k and you have to disable the spoiler.
that says it’s for a 991, 991.2 GT3, & 991.2 GT2 RS. It specifically skipped 991.2 base, S, GTS. Not sure the plumbing of the GT2 RS is similar enough to the plebeian models for that to be a solution. https://www.wickedmotorworks.com/pro...trunk-winglets
Ducktail update. Development prototype Develpoment Ducktail
Ducktail is on the car! Have done initial pre/post intercooler temp readings and there seems to be a small improvement in intercooler efficiency! It was a coolish day so am waiting for a warmer day to do another run. Changes are being made to the mold for the production of the Production prototype. Mounting is very easy.
To bring everyone up to speed: To mount, the motorized wing assembly is removed and disassembled to liberate the baseplate. The third brake light in the wing is moved to the Ducktail. A carbon fiber piece is mounted to the upper rear bumper cover screws which holds the rear mounts. Baseplate is put in place and then Ducktail is slid rearwards to engage mounts. Front of Ducktail is bolted to carbon fiber mounting plates attached to baseplate. A trip to dealer will be necessary to convince the car the motorized wing is no longer there but even with error message no problems with driving. My initial thought is additional grill will not be necessary but don't think fabbing one would be difficult at all if desired, will investigate.

Reason: More info
How are you measuring airflow and intercooler efficiency? Are you using the stock IAT sensor, temp probes before and/or after IC, or.....? Are stock temp readings taken with the spoiler up or down?

Another excellent question. I have put thermocouple sensors pre and post intercooler. Have taken reading with stock system in various configurations (up and down) and repeating with Ducktail. Waiting for a warmer day to do another run.
Thoroughly appreciate the attention and care to not just making a ducktail for this market, but ensuring it both has great fit and finish and does no functional harm.
Discovering improvements to the intercooler flow is just the cherry on top...
Really enjoying watching this process! Thanks for the update. 🤘
