I did not know that your car was CPO also.
CPO is only transferable via private party to private party sale. Worth noting that your car should be in high $80Ks as private party sale as a CPO car. (Dealers will start @ $95K or higher with CPO warranty for same car)
If @ $10K is worth the effort, I say try selling it private party with $89K firm
my 2 cents

Absolutely ridiculous
try Vroom, highest offer I had (Virtual site, sight unseen) was from them
Goes to show that the cookie cutter computer code doesn't apply to all flavors of manufactures and Trims

FWIW I used Shift and Carvana to get quotes on my Macan GTS and they were reliably about $5K more than what any dealer was willing to offer on a trade. That's still ~$10K lower than private sale but the numbers you got seem borderline insulting.
I have to assume that they offer better prices on higher-volume cars they think they'll shift more easily.
I'd second the suggestion/s above to put it on the Rennlist marketplace to see what you can get for it private sale.

Place an AD in the marketplace. with some nice pictures and details
I would start at $85K on the conservative side and accept offers. Be patient and firm
A CPO car doesn't require an extensive PPI (which is usually the biggest hassle for seller) because of the level of coverage CPO offers. A private party sale will transfer CPO to new owner and almost everything is covered. better than any extended warranty bar none.
Tell buyers to pull Carfax (or invest $35 and get your own to share) and car should be sold in 2-3 weeks
Hope this helps

Carvana/ Vroom/ Dealer only if desperate, as these are not where you go for most money from a car. A little more trouble, but place an ad an private sale, that would be best bet, but then you have flakers that ask but never do anything...

Still getting interest in my car after posting it last week. Got a text from a Chevy dealer last night. He tried to get me to trade my 911 for a late model Corvette. Nothing against Corvettes, but personally not a chance in hell that would ever happen!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the thread. I was 90% sure I was going to list the car and the events of this weekend made it a done deal.
We had some decent weather and I drove the car quite a bit and had a good time: (too good of a time in fact, as I had my first speed related police encounter in over a decade).
I just don't feel a visceral connection to the car, its just a nice thing I own. I still can't put my finger on why I don't love it or what I was expecting to be different, but I'm not going to wait any longer to find out: 5 Months and 1300 miles is enough of an experiment.
Maybe I went about things the wrong way buying a sports car in the winter or buying a 991.1 or buying a PDK or not getting sport chrono or any number of other possible factors. Maybe the issue is where I live and working 70hrs a week or maybe I'm not a sports car guy.
Either way, my 911 experiment is over.
The car is being prepared for sale this week. I'm having it detailed on Wednesday and working with a photographer to set up pre sale pictures.
Car is to be listed on collectingcars or here in the marketplace.
Thanks again to everyone who participated in the thread, really appreciate your input and putting up with my first world problems.

Too bad it didn't work out even after this weekend. I took my cab out yesterday as well, ran across 78 for my brisk speeds, then went down Pittstown Rd in Clinton towards Frenchtown. Went over to PA, down to Rt 32/29 along the shore, and cross back at New Hope to PA and back up home on 202. I find this route for me has mix of fast highway, country roads, and then freeway mix.
Hey, if you're not loving this 911 for whatever reason at this point, then you're not going to. Best of luck selling, I'm sure it'll go quick.

Also with Full premier tint on the whole car along with 4K Blackvue with power cell already installed. Wonder what I would get for it, it was a daily driver (8 mins from work) until we got an Audi Q8 and Covid last 2 years, barely driven. 30k miles now?
Thought about selling it as I barely drove it maybe 1 time a month maybe now. But driving it the other weekend puts a smile on your face that only a Porsche 991 can do. So I'm back on the fence if I sell or keep, paid off so it doesn't bother me. Maybe sell and hold on to money till the market goes back down to normal again to get a slightly used 2018-20xx GT3 manual later on.
