Is it me or do they look uncomfortable?

PS - am sure they are lightweight and great for racing.

Senna seats look uncomfortable but aren’t. Judging by how thick the base pad is, these look comfy to me.

i had Pole Position ABE and the padding is quite thin. So they get a little uncomfortable on long drives of 2 hours plus. But also great on track.

They finally arrived at my mechanics and i got to touch it and sit in it. It seems shallow for a race seat. It feels like it will be great for daily driving. The side don’t feel high at all. Clever design. Because its much stiffer, doesn’t need to be as high to support. Which will make it much easier getting in and out compared to other race seats.

Are you running a half cage? Any thoughts to a full cage?
How are the 4/6 point being mounted?

I just run the TPC harness bar. It mounts in factory location and when you raise the rear seats, its completely hidden. Very practical.

I currently only have a 4 point harness, I ran with my pole position seat. My race mechanic made me custom mounts that also use the stock seat belt location, and seat belt stalk location. Sort of like a figure 8 loop. One part bolts at factory belt location leaving a loop for the harness to clip onto.

The seats are awesome. They take so long to get them so I'm sure it was a long wait. I'm just receiving orders for inventry that were all placed well over a year ago,

It was 3 Years ago when they lunched the media assault. They kept saying coming soon. Dealers kept saying 6 months. It was ridiculous. In fact, I got so annoyed, every time they started spamming with adds for them, I started fighting back calling them Unicorn tears. I got sick of waiting and bought a Pole Position FIA. A few months after that I bought a Pole Position ABE. About a year after that I was talking with a friend from a track group who also liked them. He had secretly placed an order. The seat took so long to arrive, he actually sold the car. He asked to cancel and they said No, it's here.

He called me and asked did I have one yet? I said no, I had given up on them. He said he had one did I want it. I said only if you actually have it in your hot little hands. Pics or didn't happen.

He had it, and I bought it!

I'm not good at waiting. Now is always the best time for me.

3 Years of hype, is all forgiven, now I have it. I do love it. Pics don't do it justice. But c'mon Recaro, 3 Year wait is just bull****. Soon means 3 weeks, not 3 years. When a dealer says 6 months, I hear, f@ck off and come back later.
