Dust shields unbolt once you get the rotors off-just three bolts. I say ditch them.

My concern is extra heat on the $1000 each PDCC end links etc.

Wrap them in heat tape/heat reflective material

The rule of one thing leads to another lol.... same for speed/abs sensors too I imagine. Maybe I should check with the Turbo track guys, I believe all those cars have PDCC.
For those that aren't aware the PDCC endlink is this long hydraulic end link with a big rubber accordion boot that attaches to the strut body (in front)

Painting the rotor hats satin black... 3 hours to dry then into the oven for an hour

so the fronts are straight plug and play with larger rotors and pads?

I haven't pulled it apart to 100% confirm on a 991.1 with 350mm Sebro, but I am almost sure, yes.

Hehe, as is typical with paint jobs, 2.5 hours of masking with tape and about 30 min of spraying. I still need to put them in the oven in a couple hours to cure them.
This is the paint I used, one can was just enough, I bought two.

They sent me ME20 compound... going on vacation next week... guess we won't have brakes for a few more weeks.
