Thanks. Spacers are easy. Do they make a pad 68mm pad for the 4 piston is the question.

I would look to see what the 996/997 guys use when they go to 350mm rotors.

Looks like RB might have a 70mm tall pad

Spacers arrived today. Freddy sent me 5/6mm for the front (if needed) and 11ish mm for the rears.

Just waiting on pads now...

991.1S calipers, 350mm 997TT rotors and 991 GT3/Turbo pads are a great fit and upgrade path .. just saying ..

Did you need to use caliper spacers? Assuming no

When I upgraded my OEM rotors on my 50th (F/340mm & R330mm) in 2017 I went with GiroDisc. You are correct the price was approximately $2400 and I only required 12mm spacers and longer caliper bolts for the rear. I also installed a GT3 pads in the front to cover the void created. Back then Gyrodisc offered drilled and slotted rotors but today they only come in solid or slotted format. Since I don’t track my vehicle I purchased the slotted & drilled rotors. I also installed stainless steel braided brake lines when I flushed out my brake fluid. I must also add after upgrading my rotors, brake lines and pads my vehicle’s braking improved. I also noticed my brake pedal feels much more solid with the stainless brake lines.

Front - Gyrodisc Rotor/s

Rear Bolts / 12mm Spacers

No spacers, no nothing except the above calipers/rotors/pads on my 997.2 base, so by that logic
the upgrade for a 991.1S should be just using the 350mm 997TT rotors (I am using Zimmerman)
and some 991 Turbo/GT3 pads, I am using the TRW GDB2089s, total cost was 250ish bucks

You guys are all so helpful, thanks for giving back to the community. I foresee many more 991 going to 350mm rotors soon hopefully!

Update....

Sounds like Nengun isn't going to be able to deliver on the 28 day ship date they stated for the Endless pads.... I might have to switch to regular MX72 from a US vendor ($$$$) if I want them anytime in the next 3 months... trying to cancel my order with Japan... Good news would be I might have the brakes by next week to install. If you guys want Endless at a reasonable price, plan a few months ahead.

Are you guys keeping your rotor dust shields in place? I am toying with removing them if they aren't a PITA on this car. On some cars you basically need to cut them off which I don't want to do as I want to be able to put this thing back to stock at some point.

Update... Just scooped the MX72's from Matt at SpeedFreaksUSA.com. Super knowledgable about Endless, give him a shout and he can help dampen the blow.

Hopefully have this whole setup installed by end of next week.
