Add me to the list of satisfied customers of Michael at Steingold Volvo; 5yr/60k mile Fidelity Platinum warranty for my 2013 991S; I also have one for my Macan GTS. Totally worth it for the piece of mind.

Used my warranty a couple weeks ago. Bad horn and window switches ended up being $1,113. Paid $100 deductible and had the dealer also deliver the car to my driveway.

Hey all, we just updated our partner site, FactoryProtect.com with a custom Porsche Fidelity Extended Warranty link - please use the link below to share our portal to others, and help the search engines rank it accordingly. It links directly to our Free Quote Tool; also, the site contains ALL contract information and terms/conditions for the Fidelity Warranty, and will be a great place to go for any questions about the plans we offer. And of course, the $200 RENNLIST promocode will still apply online.

Hey all - thanks so much for all the support recently. We're thrilled to help the RENNLIST community, and pass on the RENNLIST promocode discount as well.
We just updated our Online Quoting Tool Portal Link, and adjusted the overall discount. The RENNLIST promocode still applies, so use it below and let us know if any questions!

Same boat here, 2016 Cayenne S-E Hybrid purchased in April 2016 so my clock is running out.
I have under 46k miles but the thought of a major battery issue or electric motor is unnerving especially since I do most driving on that electric motor.
I avg 700-1000 miles per tank.

Hi,
I have a 2018 Carrera cab base with 44k and factory warranty until April 2022.
I called my local dealer about getting a extended factory warranty. I was leaning towards that because I figured that was the easiest way to go and with a convertible I wanted to make sure it was covered for functionality.
Plus I suspect the engine and PDK are crazy expensive if you have a problem. I was looking for a 2-year warranty to make sure I had no problems as I'm figuring I would be likely to get something newer in 2 years.
I would like to be able to transfer warranty if that is possible as it makes it easier for sale.
Local dealership quoted me for the Porsche factory warranty.
For 2 extra years of warranty, 75,000 miles, the cost is $6,846. For 3 years, 85,000 miles, the cost is $7,948. For 4 years, 100,000 miles, the cost is $9,049. These are all with a $100 deductible.
That seems very expensive and I don't think I will be putting on crazy milage as this is a toy vs DD.
My expectation is the Porsche factory extended warranty covers everything where the platinum covers lots of things but not necessarily everything. I don't know where it stands if I need something done and the dealership doesn't like the third party warranty or if that's nonsense.
As a slight segue 2013 I bought a Infiniti and bought the factory extended warranty. When I was out of warranty and I had an issue with the adaptive cruise control the dealership refused to warranty it and when I dealt with infinity corporate they wash their hands of it also. So I I had to come a little gunshy on a warranties but think it's a decent investment for a peace of mind

I have one quote from a Fidelity agent for $9,500 on the PLATINUM / 60 Months / 60000 Miles / $100 (Deductible) plan to cover a 2016 Cayenne S-E Hybrid with 45k miles and under the factory CPO for another 9 months.
