If you plan to track, get a 991.1 GT3. In the GT3 you can make adjustment to ride height, camber, sway bars etc etc. you have non of that with the T.
so first you will get DSC box, then GT3 sway bars in front to increase camber past 1.5 but car still understeer so you get custom rims to get 265 tires up front.
now you are ok but still can’t adjust ride height nor sway bars, next upgrade
then there are new rotors maybe calipers, etc etc........the slope is slippery.

For tracking my recommendation is to get a 991.1 which already have a roll cage, and get aftermarket seats unless equipped w LWB. It also comes with 100k engine warranty.

After fully committing to keeping one car for double duty. I really can't see myself pulling off a GT3 wing daily. However, if the price is right...

Hey guys, I'm conducting a pros/cons list as I am on the fence with keeping a C2S on order, or buying the T on the lot. Let me know what you think:

C2S PROS: Built the way I want it, white, sport-tex, PCCB, SPASM, 443HP (faster), rear seats, keyless go
C2S CONS: More rear plastic, 3rd brake light, homelink in PCM, nubbin, piano black, digitalized

C2T PROS: Limited production, buckets, PCCB, SPASM, less rear plastic, proper PDK shifter, analog gauges, homelink in mirror, less piano black, rear seat delete
C2T CONS: CWM, 370HP (slower), not exactly to how I would have configured, yellow stitching, no rear seats, alcantara wheel, PDK, no keyless go, rear seat delete (yes I put it down twice)

Obviously finding a car exactly to your specs is impossible. I'd say the T checks off 80% of the boxes.

The 992 is currently on order and will take months to get here. So the wait might be pushing me a little faster than expected on jumping on the T.

You can always buy a 992.
But if you find the right T, spec'd close to your liking, you might only have that one chance to buy it.

I think the PDK is holding it back. Also the 992 in general.

I think that might be another thing holding it back. As it's an acquired taste for buckets & rear seat delete... That's my wife's thoughts as well. She loves the 992, and the rear seats. I'm the type of guy that understands the essence of what the T stands for. So I love the rear seat delete & buckets. I don't mine the PDK, but somehow, I don't think the wife is going to want a two-seater. I have a daughter and a 7-month old son. So getting her to agree to the T concept is tough lol even if we do have other cars...

Oooooorrrrrr, get a his and hers. I’m seriously considering getting another one since my wife wants a PDK and rear seats. But I will NEVER sell/trade mine for those specs so my other option is find the right one for her at the right price...even if it’s in a couple years.

That is awesome. I might have to keep my T and do this. Can you tell me about the cup-holder on passenger side?

Idk about adding a his & hers 911. lol It's more so a fun weekender that I'd like to track as well. So if anything, I may be able to agree on the T & adding rear seats? Is that a possibility?

The 992 C2S is scheduled to arrive in late August/early September. So almost 3 months has me seriously considering just buying the T.
