I’m happy to report that for the first time, the device seems to work as designed. Only tested in my garage for 5 minutes tonight. Will see how it fares on an actual drive.

Mine worked for a while and then I started getting the problem with disconnection after short trips. I would like to try to update firmware. Would either of you @myrr or @nicholascanada care you post what the account and password that the seller gave you? Or you can send me direct IM. I have the same issue and would like to see if I can use yours before sending email to the seller. Regards.
Update - the wireless mat’s cord is long enough to make it from the armrest to the plug underneath the glovebox. Flush fit usb charger was on hand, works perfect. Maybe at some point I’ll try and hard wire it but for now I’m pretty happy!
I would prefer not to because I suspect that the product activation in the future could be messed up if there are multiple devices trying to utilize that name and password. I’m sure those guys will get back to you soon as I received multiple emails from them over the course of Thursday and Friday. Probably just off for the weekend.
I ordered mine from Carplay2air.com. It arrived yesterday,I scanned the code and it did the update and it works great!! the only thing I noticed was the roller ball on my steering wheel which controls the volume does not work. 2019 Targa 4 GTS, Opps operator error, must you the roller ball on the left side of the steering wheel to control volume!!
Fits nicely in the cubby and after a week of testing, I’m pleased to report that everything has been working fine. Only once did I have to restart my phone to get CarPlay going but I think that was my phone's fault. For short drives I just keep the phone in my pocket, and my battery usage is negligible. For my commute I pop it on the charger and arrive at work 100%.

Returning mine to China. Unable to update firmware as the instructions suck. Support was good but every-time I asked for detailed instructions they just regurgitated the same vague ones. They give you a list of exact instructions to return it BUT it will cost $80ish. Good news its on my AMEX card.
