If you want an SUV then the biggest bang for the buck with all the latest technology and safety features is the Kia Telluride.
Getting rave reviews and almost impossible to find one since they are sold out.

An X6M has been swirling in my head as of late.
Can't reconcile the turbo motor, to say nothing of the digital cluster with counter clockwise RPM gauge.

Absolutely - just waiting for them to sell below invoice and we'll ditch off my wife's Kia Sedona for one.

If I were to move from my current TTS it would be to the latest model .2 TTS I could find. My current car checks all of the emotional and logical boxes that are important to me. Every day capability with low maintenance cost and super car performance in a quality package.
I have no Lambo, Fcar or McLaren aspirations as I don't want a car that requires its own bank account to give me some small additional ego thrills and higher anxiety when parking or valeting at dinner.
I also don't need a bargain rocket ship that will inevitably after a short or longer time start rattling or look worse for wear inside just to shave 2 or 3 tenths off my 0-60 time.
I've had a bunch of Pcars and several TT models and they just do so much right. If I am able to keep driving this level of vehicle till driving is no longer an option I win.

Thx for the great compliment thinking the SL550 is even close to a 911. Most mags don't even call it a sports car they call it a
GT Tourer. Top down perfect for "some" days here in FL.

Since we're throwing around RS6 Avant and E63S, has anyone driven the Sport Turismo?

I saw a slick, blacked-out PST driving aggressively in Westchester the other day, passed me like 5 times while I trogged along in the left lane. I finally looked over and noticed through the black tint an older, short Asian woman driving the heck out of her car. I think she may have wanted to race me even

How come not a single vote for A7/S7? You can find a decent CPO under $50k.

This may be the first ‘Psorcery’ sighting by another Rennlister. They are notoriously difficult to spot in the wild.

Is it worth the 40k+ premium you would pay for one?

Just curious what motivates people to buy a 991, and what they consider as a "replacement". Do people desire:

1. A true sports car, especially with high to super-high performance.
2. A performance car, that might range from small coupe to larger sedan or even CUV.
3. Something with an up-market badge and image.
4. Something a bit unusual.
5. A luxury vehicle, with secondary consideration of type and performance.
6. A "brand experience".
7. A spur of the moment choice.

Other?

All of the above, except 7

As a previous owner of an Avant, the RS6 sounds amazing. An E63S wagon would be cool too, but I will never buy another new Merc.
