Anyone Install PCCBs?

These people are the US importers for Surface Transforms Carbon Ceramic rotors, they are about 1/2 the cost of OEM.
Many track guys use them with very good results - check the threads in the 997 & 991 GT3, GT3 RS sections.
Also, they can be refurbished several times due to their different manufacturing process compared to the SGL / Brembo PCCB's.

As some members send me a pm to share the part numbers for PCCBs for a 991.2 i would recomend to contact your dealer. As Porsche drivers we should respect our cars and not rely on forum information for critical car part numbers. I cannot guarrantee that part numbers are same for different continents and i do not want to mislead any forum member.
My experience with PCCB upgrade is that 70% of the cost are the carbon ceramic disks.
A reasonable cost to upgrade to PCCBs after you purschase your car is usually 40% higher than you order your car with PCCB.
There are various options to upgrade to PCCBs as below.
1) Buy everything new from your dealer. Cost 40K USD. Someone has to be crazy to follow this option.
2) Buy a PCCB full kit from ebay around 15-20K USD. It is not easy to find a brand new kit. As mentioned above GT cars PCCBs are different that Turbo, GTS PCCBs. Different Offsets.
3) Buy PCCB yellow calipers and all small required parts from your dealer and after market Carbon ceramic disks. Cost same as option 2 but you can buy immediately.
4) Buy Used PCCB kit with lower cost that option 2,3 but do not expect to find something less than 12K USD.
As soon as you go PCCB you Will never go back to steel brakes. Therefore you can Sell your Big Red Brakes for any 991 Base or T model and minimize the loss of the non ordering PCCB from your initial order.
PS. I have an almost New (1.000 miles) Big Red Brakes kit (disks, calipers, pads, pump) from my MY2019 GTS for sale. I will post it soon in the clasified section.

Thanks for the encouragement (and Sid as well!). I am talking to another shop now to see if they can squeeze me in when the PCCBs arrive; however, they are telling me I need a new master cylinder! I still find it hard to believe that coming up with a list of parts is so difficult but I think it may be due to Porsche changing part#s of the same part on different cars.

Yes spacers for Calipers required (this is normal is all cars equiped with PCCBs) and longer calipers bolts.
There is no any after market part that is required. Everything comes directly from the factory.

Yes, the required parts are OEM and here is a list from Sunset that should be close and the second list is from the installer. I also included a couple pics of the calipers that the seller sent me, which have some of the items such as the wear sensors. As a reminder, I am also getting the rotors:

I just looked at the front page of today's paper and it appears I was sent another sign of encouragement:

Master cylinder is the same and the booster is up for debate: most parts places so no (e.g., Sunset) but a few others say yes. The seller of the kit in Germany said it is not needed and others he has sold kits to have not changed it. I think it may just affect the pedal range and if that is it I will be fine without changing it.
