Very nice and well worth the one time cost! I sold my take-off Reds for $3k if it helps; however, I just checked out your ad and you are including all of the extra parts so your set should sell for a lot more.

Where did you source the parts? Very interested to do this conversion.

Sorry, I thought I had included the contact for the person in Germany I bought my set from: Sebastian Brandt (gtr-brandt@gmx.de); however, I think someone asked him recently and he did not have any more. Otherwise you just have to look around on ebay, the Marketplace here or search for "PCCB" here in the forum and I believe there is a recent thread that included information on a vendor that is offering kits at a good price. By the way, I found the person I bought my kit from on ebay although we completed the transaction off ebay. Some of the pictures on ebay have email addresses on the pictures and if so you can contact sellers that way as well.

Before investing in a set of PCCB's, please be sure to consider our AP Racing by Essex Brake Kits. We offer both Road and Competition Options. We've had tons of GT3, GT3RS, and GT2RS owners get rid of their PCCB setup in favor of our systems. Our systems cost FAR less, perform better, offer more pad options, are easier to service, have less expensive spares, and don't even weigh much more than PCCB in some cases! Please give our products a look before potentially making an expensive mistake.

Here is a menu of items we offer for a 991.2 Carrera S for example...discs, pads, lines, complete kits:

Some recent feedback from a 991 Carrera T owner on our Competition Brake Kit:

Here's a mega-thread regarding our Competition Brake Kits for the 991 GT3...lots of owner reviews and feedback:

I'll get rid of my PCCBs, when I get rid of the car, which I is not even a thought at this time, and they look as good as they stop.

Based on the info found in this thread and from some of the email requests we've received lately - we've put together a retrofit kit to try to help out those looking to retrofit the PCCB's to their 991-2's.

991-2 911 Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) Retrofit Kit

We've listed out all included Genuine Porsche part #s and quantities, created 3 options that will allow you to order a few different ways, and threw in a lot of extra discount on all options!

Option 1: Complete kit - includes Rotors, Pads, Calipers, Misc Lines & Hardware - ($26,595.00 shipped as of 1/14/20)
Option 2: Kit with Pads, Calipers, Misc Lines & Hardware (No Rotors) - ($4395.00 shipped as of 1/14/20)
Option 3: Kit with Misc Lines & Hardware - ($725 shipped as of 1/14/20)

Please check it out here and let us know what you think!

Based on the quotation it seems the more you pay the less you gain.

Wonder why the discount on full Package for OEM parts is only 18%, where for Option 2 and Option 3 more than 50% and 80%.

I blame the rotors. No way around not paying top dollar for carbon rotors.

The discount isn't varied quite like that - our site just isn't re-calculating and showing the correct adjusted msrp for the 2nd and 3rd option since this is a single sku/part # for a bundle of parts for option 1 (everything listed under "Includes"), plus 2 additional generic options (option 2 and 3) we added in to make ordering easier for those that didn't want everything from the 1st option. That way we can provide all 3 variants under a single item on the site, instead of 3 separate items - and it also saved us the time of creating 2 more sku's/part # bundles.

The msrp is correct for option 1 at $32,525.60.

The site is just deducting the price adjustment of the other 2 options to both the sale price and the msrp if option 2 or 3 are selected, which isn't an accurate discount % calculation. The actual msrp of those options are currently (as of 1/15/20):

Option 2 - $6225.10 (29.4% discount)
Option 3 - $1087.08 (33.3% discount)

It also doesn't help that the ceramic rotors don't have a lot of mark-up to play with. I believe if you shop around, we offer the best pricing by far on these - they're brand new, Genuine Original parts directly from Porsche.

Needless to say you will need 2 front rotors, 2 rear rotors, 2 front calipers, and 2 rear calipers along with a set of pads. Mine were purchased from a seller in Germany, which were as new take-offs from a 991 Turbo; take-offs from GT cars are different:

99135142933 Front Caliper left
99135143033 Front Caliper right
99135194602 Front Pads

99135242933 Rear Caliper left
99135243033 Rear Caliper right
99135294601 Rear Pads

99135140706 Front rotor
99135140806 Front rotor
99135240907 Rear rotor
99135241007 Rear rotor
I finally took my 2015 Targa 4 in to the local dealership to install the PCCBs. They said it looks like all the parts (ordered the above list) will fit ok, but ran into problems early on with the cover panels. I ordered the following:

991-351-805-03 COVER PANEL
991-351-806-03 COVER PANEL
991-352-805-02 COVER PANEL
991-352-806-02 COVER PANEL

They said the holes don't align properly. I have an early 2015 model. Any idea what might be causing this? Are there different cover panels that I should order? Thx!
