Black wheels look better with a lighter or brighter color, along with the Black targa bar.

Speaking of which, I know that normally when you win a pca car it's a speccable allocation, but I imagine with the winners announced Jan 31 it will be far too late to put in an order? So you probably will get a car they've already built?

Maybe. I have the specs ready just in case. Lol. My two tickets have a very slim chance, but the raffle is a great way to support PCA and their great events.

+1. Couldn't agree more. But, honestly, all Targas are gorgeous.

Has anyone leased a targa or other 911 and what has your experience been. I had a targa 4 gt3 on order but my lottery hit and was able to get a 3rs allocation from dealer. I can’t buy both cars but I can lease targa thru my company. I’ve never leased a car before so was wondering what happens.

How difficult was it for the tinter to do the rear, if at all? Was it done with the rear retracted or top up or down? I was thinking that it may be easier to do it from the outside when it was retracted vice crawling inside.

I had 2 different tint guys try 4 times (2x each) to tint the rear targa window and it couldn't be done. With 3m ceramic tint and Xpel ceramic tint. The bottom of the glass would be the issue with "fingers" or bubbles that could not lay flat. I finally gave up and left the rear glass without tint. If ANYONE has pics of a tinted rear window that is perfect I would like to see it. I don't think it can be done in a single piece.

I had my Targa glass tinted. It was the first time the installer had done one and it took him over 4 hours, just for the rear glass! But it is 99.9% perfect. Pics to follow - it’s still dark here.

it took the shop 5 hours to tint the car. They worked from the back seats and I made sure all seats were well protected. It’s was a very good shop that done high end cars.

I would love to see close up pics of the tint towards the bottom (WIDEST PART) of the glass. Towards the bottom.

So today I learned that it's really difficult to take good pictures of something that no one is supposed to notice. I've attached a few of my rear Targa glass, but there's not much to see. Which is a good thing. The material is Huper Optik Ceramic, 60%.
