Ugh, these GT Silver Ts slay me—I came so close to ordering one, and still have (far too late) second thoughts.
But the funny thing is how much I've grown to dig the T in Racing Yellow. Not a "yellow car guy" except for a very few cars. This is one of them, and it somehow underlines a subtle connection between the narrow-body, twin-turbo 991.2s and Ruf's CTR "Yellow Bird." Yes, on the one hand the cars could not be more different, and yet…
Just thinking the same thing, Pete. Yellow may go best of any color with the gray accents. YMMV.
God bless you,
TT

Took a short drive through town - I gotta say, I feel the opposite from most on my preference for a manual. I think it makes the slow stop light/stop sign/traffic light/traffic city driving way more enjoyable. Plenty of 1-2-3 changes to keep things interesting. And then I went the other direction on my way home, turning my 5 min drive into a 30 min. This thing is epic...
I am warming up to my white T especially after bringing it back to stock look - I bought it with Miami blue stripes and Carrera door graphics. Owning a yellow 2007 S2000 (which took me a little time to warm up to), my three favorite color 991T's are yellow, Miami blue and orange. With that said, the 991's in general are all very nice looking and driving cars. We are all very lucky.
