Starting to get chilly here, but still great weather for a drive up the Crest.
Not sure what you consider "chilly" but we get snow every so often where we are in north Scottsdale, it just doesn't last very long! Now, when we visit our son in Sioux Falls this time of year, THAT is CHILLY!!!! And definitely not Porsche driving weather, unless it's a Cayenne!

anything under 50F and the Sport Cup 2’s start to feel exponentially greasier as the temp drops, and by the time the road goes from sea level to 3000+ft, with some areas of the road staying in the shade the entire day, there is increased chance of finding ice as I go. On dry pavement the SC2’s I’ll trust to pretty low temp, but hit a patch of ice and all bets are off. This I consider “chilly” 😊. For now the weather is fine as long as there hasn’t been recent precipitation. In the morning before I go drive, I look out the window, if there is excess snow on the mountainside and sub 50F temp here in the valley, I’ll pass on a drive that day.
