Like that chalk too! My final two color choices were chalk and GT Silver. The pics of these new cars coming in help me pass the time until my chalk is built on Nov 9. Enjoy your new rides!
Bob Z...added pccb to my build. The wife signed off on them after our recent trip to the dealer.
been following this thread for a bit, but just now have something to contribute... my 2019 911 GTS, Chalk with GTS black and silver interior. 7 MT, rear wheel steer, 20" center lock wheels, PDLS, Slide Glass Roof, Bose, and some other odds and ends. Many thanks to Steven Y at Beachwood Porsche... now it needs trucking out to the west coast, can't wait!
Great choice - great minds think alike ;-)
My 2019 below when I picked it-up in Germany in July.
Very nice! I’m going to have the dealer swap the orange side markers to clear before delivery. Feel like on Chalk, it’s a must!
To answer the tire question, mine are Pirelli it looks like. Not my preference, but wasn’t given a choice. I’ll go to Michelin Pilots once it’s time to change them.
IDK if it’s a “change”, but I have GTS interior pkg w alcantara & rhodium stitching..I chose “steering wheel in leather” and the configurator then showed the shift boot stichted in rhodium as well..would’ve been sweet!
But upon delivery my car does NOT have rhodium stitching on shift boot.

Chalk looks so cool-it's not white but then it's not cream. It's like suzuka grey for Audis. I'm torn between chalk and agate grey. I love grey cars but my wife wants me to get chalk. I really don't want to $3k for paint though but then what's another few grand when you're spending this kind of money, right? Btw, congrats on your car. That's so awesome!
Like a day or two only. I feel very lucky. 8/24 ship docked in SD and got the call morning of 8/26 that it had arrived @ dealer 25mi away.
that’s awesome!! Mine is scheduled to dock in SD on 9/14. I cant believe it will be here/dock in just 8 days. Trying to narrow down the window of pick to schedule the trucking to my PPF shop.
I'm not as lucky as GTSdds. Same boat from Emden but I'm still waiting for delivery to Porsche Newport Beach. It is exactly 2 weeks from docking today. Dealer has no idea when they'll get it. They say there are still waiting on approx 20 cars. They have only gotten 4 cars.
On the Porsche internal schedule sheet, it does say expected delivery 9/7 but I think the normal interval between docking/clearing customs and delivery is 2 weeks. Considering the original timeline was delivery in late September, I guess I can't complain.
Mickey D, from what my SA tells me, there is no way of finding the transport/trucking schedule. If you find out differently, let me know.
The last two weeks have felt like 2 months because I've already rescheduled the tint appointment once and maybe have to do it again if it doesn't get here today.
Your SA should know the typical truck transport time, mine was 3 days. Have your SA check daily when the Center is invoiced, that happens when it's about to be loaded on the truck.

SA says 7-10 days. It's over that, I know. But he's still waiting on 20 cars!
