And build integrity is identical, even with the real higher dollar 911's. Nobody ever really talks about the lack of build disparity between all of the 911's. Profit on the higher end models must be massive.

Same. I'm dying to own a 991.1 or .2 GT3 to get that 9k RPM sound. Otherwise T is pretty great.

I really like the unfinished look! Very stealth! Looking forward to get some sound clip and feedback on the drone.

I hear you. Both are incredible cars. I live in Houston so for city driving the T is perfect with higher ride height and low end torque. I can’t drive a GT car around at 6k rpm and 50mph.
if I lived in a place we’re open asphalt roads were abound or I track a lot, the GT3 would be my car.

A GT3 touring with front axle lift and a DSC controller is just as livable, and just a smidge more loveable, maybe. Simply because that engine is sharp in a way few road engines are, and it has loads of lower end torque to work well in lower speed road situations. Honestly one of the only things that's not as good for a serious daily car is the centerock wheel. It becomes impossible to carry the space saver spare. I'm obsessed with not being stranded and roll with a mobile tire shop in the frunk. But I take my cars on some pothole and screw laced roads. I'm into only having one 911 and right now also question if I'd give the T up for another. I'm starting to think I wouldn't.

my only issue with a GT3 Touring, despite it being the grail, is i would feel guilty driving it too much etc. i learned early on to only buy things that I OWN not that own ME. i don't feel guilty thrashing on the T. inevitably i would on the GT3 Touring.

At a $100k premium for the GT3 its a very coveted car remaining above MSRP. I’m sure if I had decided to buy a GT3 Instead I’d hide it in my garage and drive it rarely because of how special I would gauge it to be. But at the end of the day I just don’t want something coveted, I want something I don’t think about twice and turn the key and drive. Im sure there are some people who drive their GT3 everyday, but I bet it’s few and far between. I can’t believe how blessed I am to be in any Porsche let alone a 911 and with that a T!

Not trying to offense, but why you upgraded your German car with that cheap Chinese trim? . That may be a good idea for low ends cars , but not for your Porsche. Excuse me if I’m wrong.

His car, his rules. Given the travesties that some guys here have turned their cars into, this is nothing. I personally am ok with the piano black bits, so not for me. But I think it looks good. It could be much, much worse... We've all seen that.

As the work has already been done, seems a bit of a pointless comment, to be honest.

And by criticising someone else’s choice, there is indeed a chance of causing offence, unnecessarily.

So much is now made in China these days, and not all of it will be cheap/poor quality.
