Look forward to a comparison on driving T vs 987 Spyder & GT4. All 3 great but somewhat different.
Please keep us posted.

Three Wheelin'
Friday I am going to look at a 2016 GT4. If the bucket seats are uncomfortable or if it doesn't float my boat, this is the build I think will try to order

Thanks for the reviews!
As far as tracking my T, this definitely is in the plan. The LWB provide a track-street capability on par with GT4 and GT3. Available torque on corner exit will offset any theoretical power disadvantage. I’ll be upgrading the brake rotors to slightly larger girodisc floating rotors plus track pads and brake fluid. Eventually get some lightweight 19” wheels, harness bar and Belts. Good to go.

Alright gents (and gals), the time has finally come. My build is locked in. I originally locked the allocation in November and as of last night, this is my final config, due in April:

I went for a stripped out build but focused on performance and aesthetic touches (leather, red clock, wheels, RAS). Everything else is fluff on the T IMO.
I can't wait, will be a blast to ride in!

Like some others I could not resist this car. For some reason it called out to me whereas the S, GTS and even the current GT3 and GT3RS never really did for some reason. Here is my ordered spec:
http://www.porsche-code.com/PJDZQF92
I wanted to keep it simple (I know that no modern car is simple) and as close to the lightweight ethos as possible so specced PCCB and LWB but very little else. I deleted the Carrera T Graphics as I will know what I am driving and don't care if no-one else does. I went back and forth over RAS for a long time, but in the end decided it added weight and complexity and so left it out. I would have added PCM back in had it not been in US cars already.
Have had a few P-Cars over the years, including a 2008 GT3RS which I am keeping forever.

But yeah, I do like your build and the idea of simple and light.

I received a substantial discount....I won the PCA raffle 😂 (sorry, I couldn't help myself)
On a more serious note, I believe discounts are doable on this car.
