Agentorange fit and finish is just like the ones I installed this afternoon. One other installation tip is to use these trim tools to make it easy to remove the old plastic pieces. Plus a little grease on the attachment points after removing. My only negative is these black dots under the clear coat on the passenger side vent. @Carbonlution ?

 

Got mine installed as well. Fitment and everything went good. Using the adhesive promoter definitely helped!

Hey guys I wanted to reserve judgment until I received my set. My DHL box came this morning and I was hopeful and excited. As soon as I unboxed them I saw the passenger side vent clear was burnt through where the carbon should be. The fit on passenger side is 'ok' but my drivers side even with two pieces of tape the curve is still way off.

Throughout the process Sam has been good to deal with and communicated regularly through messenger. I also understand he was the first one to step and attempt to make a set of plug and play GT2RS vents for the TT/S. My set missed the mark. I just sent a message asking for a refund.

 

They look nice in terms of idea but quality must improve. When it does happy to look at this again. Many thanks for the prompt refund.

 

They are sending me a new “No Black Dots” replacement for the passenger side. I’ll keep the forum updated. Driver side looks good.

 

Great. Sam has been good to deal with and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. He has sent replacements, offered refunds for unhappy customers.He has been a stand up guy. There were several threads on the community looking for someone to take on these GT2RS style vents. Ravi at CSF was going to try in one of the threads but they were a pain. I am sure the kinks will get worked out and happy for the guys who got a good set.

The matt carbon looks good.

The fact that Carbonlution is replacing the less than perfect pieces or refunding is commendable. Can't really ask for more.

 

I bought the direct replacement OEM carbon vents for my 991.1. Perfect carbon and fit. Not as big but still look great and no stress. Install was OEM no tape.
