Default RS fenders and wheels...

Soooo....
My RS front fenders have changed everything! They are much wider than my turbo fenders and my front wheels will not fill the gap, so I they will be up for grabs as soon as I get new wheels.
In the meantime, I also have a new pair of GT3 RS fronts and a single rear GT3 rear wheel in Satin Platinum that I can sell right now!

GT3 RS front: 9.5x20 et50
GT3 Rear; 12x20 et47

*The standard GT3 front wheel (9x20 et55) doesn't fill the fender well as nicely and leaves a significant gap, whereas the RS front looks like it was made for the car.
**the GT3 RS fronts coupled with the GT3 rear is the ideal setup for turbo cars with correct fender gap on both ends and also retains the 20" setup to keep the tire bias the same as stock.

Here are the GT3 / GT3 RS wheels:

Then I’ll have an oddball set of front wheels that will no longer fit my car... better to sell them as a set and buy a completely new set.

Yours are looking so 🔥🔥🔥that I might even go with monoblocks this time! 😄

Silly question perhaps, but, where is the last rear wheel of the set?

$17k isn’t bad, but what about the rear wing?

I have at least $20k in body parts so far, including the GT bumper, RS fenders, RS decklid, RS wing and ancillary parts... ducts, vents, lines, grills, fender liners, RS side marker lights, etc.... does not include fitting & painting.

My car has been in the shop since early December... (3 months in now) so a month from start to finish would be a cake walk for me at this point. I could have cut my time down, but waiting on parts as the build evolved from just a front bumper change to an entire RS conversion has been my issue. It would have also been done by now if the first set of fenders would have worked out.... the fender fiasco took over a month to sort out.
😐

Another reference, Wicked Porsche just did an amazing GT2 RS conversion on a Turbo S at a cost of $80k!
😳

I don’t have their resources, but I’m feeling really good about the cost management of my project!

In the end, I think mine will be pretty bad *** too!

I went a completely different route to ‘SuperCar-ing’ up the appearance :-)

I thought for sure I’d end going your route eventually but the loud wheels, color, and new front lip have me satisfied for now.

Can’t wait to see your progress.

I sourced the fronts and rears separately, since fronts are RS and rears are standard...
I got a good deal on the single rear when it became available and was going to buy the one on EBay to make a complete set, but didn’t get around to it....

Apparently, I took the more challenging route and it will be at least another month or so before I will be able to actually enjoy my car again....🤨 Aggravating now, but hoping that It will all be worth it in the end.

Meanwhile, your new wrap looks stellar and you already have your car back! Well done!

Decided not to go with that option, because the RS fronts and GT3 rears are 5mm less in both ends than my current Signature wheels (and my front Signatures are no longer filing up the fender well with the new fenders)....

The GT3/GT3RS combination would have been perfect with my turbo fenders, but the RS fenders are significantly wider... Naturally, the RS has a wider front track than the turbo so the wheel fitment is a little different...

That’s why the RS front wheels work better on the turbo over the GT3 front wheels, (but not wide enough for my turbo with its narrower track and RS fenders.)... who knew? 🤔
