IPD Y pipe and plenum, thanks to a fellow member. Also replaced my dead DSC box. Hope this one lasts more than 2 years. Need to hit up @SamboTT@ByDesign for a custom tune, once the driving season begins.
Decided to pull the trigger on powder coating my HRE P101’s that were a brushed dark silver color to black. Went with a semi gloss / satin finish and I’m happy with the results.

Way to go. I did the same and also windshield PPF'd it. When are we meeting up to go drive?

I asked about PPF because of the pain of it. They said they stopped doing it because of too many issues. People seeing lines, waves, etc etc. They said vast majority of customers took it off, so they just stopped doing it. I'll just run the risk for now. Used DNA autoglass, which was pretty painless. They are the glass shop associated with Hyer Detail out of Tempe that does a ton of high end cars, and did my PPF/tint/ceramic on all my cars. Owner is also a Porsche person, has a sweet purple 718.
Fairly busy. Dealing with a nightmare around these Rolex watches we talked about. Sold one to a jeweler in Scottsdale, and they put a stop payment on the check 4 days after. $11k out of my account and they still have the watch. Dealing with that **** show which sucks.
I made the mistake of putting the car on my lift as I was swapping cars around only to see how beat up the gloss black aerokit pieces were already . Car only has 1500 miles and my full OCD kicked in.
3 step paint correction and ceramic coating later, it will be going in for full glass black Stek wrap for aerokit pieces. Front spoiler already is protected by PPF.
I have never been a fan of painted lower areas on Porsche's but Gloss Black really takes it to the next level. However, its not too late to save them at this point.
