What did you do to your 991 turbo today?

I drove it. It's just nice to drive your car and enjoy it.

Agreed; even better without potholes.

The sounds after some spirited driving are excellent, particularly when the engine is under load it just has a solid note and once everything is up to temp the sport pops and gargles are fun when you let off the throttle. No drone and volume wise I think the system still allows for the feeling of a dual system where it's quiet enough to have a conversation inside the car with no issue or even a phone call yet when you stomp on it, it's loud enough to put a smile on your face. Cold starts are noticeable and fun as you hear the turbo's de-spool a bit...
I do have a little gremlin that I need to work on that Sam is going to help me out with. After the mods i noticed the car wasn't pulling as hard as stock anywhere in the powerband and looking at the boost gauge (15-16 was what the car seems to hold with an occasional visit to 17psi) I think i may have a slight boost loss maybe caused by my diverter valves opening up prematurely. The car should easily hold 18psi as it did that stock no problem through much of the rev range. I may have caused a slight vacuum leak somewhere so I'll likely need to go back through things which means taking the car apart. Sam and I are going to pull logs from the car soon and see what they say before i venture back to bumper removal.

Is there a way to confirm I’ve lost power without pulling logs (I don’t have the capability to do this at the moment)?

You are not going to lose any power on a properly installed catted exhaust system. Might not make any more power at high rpm as the DME will model the airflow. Could get a midrange bump in power since the DME might not “catch up” fast enough for the extra flow.
If you unplugged a vac line and it is leaking, you might have created a problem.
Baro changes can also alter the psi on the gage. Less boost in cold weather, more boost in hot weather to compensate for lower baro.
Sam will get you lined out.

You could try dyno-ing the car to see but without a before and after on the same dyno - you'll be left without a key piece of data to validate your "feels"... same boat I'm in.

Got connected w/ SamboTT last week and took delivery of my Cobb AccessPort yesterday and proceeded w/ installing it w/ the OTS stage 1 Cobb tune... all I can say is the car holds boost just fine and it's definitely faster than OE now (was worried I might've had a vacuum leak post mods install). Sam sent me a Stage 2 tune last night (yes on a Sunday evening) and I have yet to install it but looking forward to getting that installed and feeling the extra power soon. As always @SamboTT@ByDesign is an absolute pleasure to work with.
