Eibach springs installed. Much better ride height, slightly stiffer ride than stock but not noticeable enough to worry about.

A DSC Sport controller will fix that; DSC + Techarts ride is very good with the GT3 touring file installed.

Eibachs are an excellent choice - I am about 2 months post installation myself! Combined with the DSC it's a very comfortable ride and would recommend you zero the ride height after installation - it made a noticeable difference.

So a holiday update. Did a few add-ons over the past week: DO88 y-pipe, plenum and a BMC air filter. The real difference has been working with Sam on the tuning. We're at a stopping point and I'll provide more data to him when the temp drops Sunday (close to a 40 degree difference). So far 60-130 has dropped to about 7.1 secs from 7.6 secs from the Cobb Stage 3 tune that was on it. Quarter mile is trapping around 132.4 and I think there is room for a little better street launch but need more time (1.6 60' spinning). DA has been around 1700 feet and high humidity (I'm at sea level here in Houston). I also replaced the midrange speakers (Rennspec package) to compliment the Burmester door woofers and the Musicar tweeter upgrade on the stock Bose system.

So far my 991.1 has the DSC module, CSF intercoolers, DO88 inlets, and Europipe stage 1 exhaust in addition to the above mods. I'll be looking for track wheels next - leaning on just biting the bullet and ordering a set of Forgelines for it.
And sitting in the garage is one 991.2 turbo S turbocharger - just need to find the other side at a decent price and I'll upgrade there as well. That should do it for me on the power front and I'll be focusing more on the road course mods after that.

Happy New Year!

I'm not sure how they would look on my car, but I think they do scoop a bit more air? Part numbers? Install process?

That's a mod I am committed to doing on my car, but I want them in carbon fiber and I want the DB Carbon version. To me, the size difference in the GT2RS version compared to the OEM size is worth it.

Part numbers? Install process? pfbz
991.504.371.90-OK1 and 991.504.372.90-OK1. To me carbon fiber is to reduce weight and/or add structural stiffness. I think it's overdone with all the fake carbon fiber all over the interior, hence I don't have any on my TTS. To each his own, it's your car do as you wish.
Installation: pull the old ones forward (not easy), push the new ones in place. There is a double strip of foam glue/tape on the leading edge of the new ones, but they sit flush, even without the tape.

Are those GT2RS or GT3RS ? The ribs look like GT3RS. Looks great ! A bit more airflow over the IC's is always a good thing.
