This is all good news. The later the PTS window, the better for me. How good is the 9/7 window open or November window open date? Based on the GT3RS PTS experience, it would not surpise me if Porsche put a lot of all of the PTS at the very end of GT3 production. Get everyone who will take one not in PTS their car first and then let the die hard PTS people go last.

Correct and the same applies to Canada. My dealer has put the PTS allocation on my build but until PCNA can confirm the window we won't know exactly when it will be. The GM at my dealer said the same...we will know soon but it will likely be late fall for early 2018 delivery.

Got the call, sat down with the dealer and placed the order a few weeks ago. Got a text a week ago from them stating the order is stalled due to it being a manual. Waited this long, so what's another six months or a little more?
It's going to be metallic white with satin titanium wheels.
I feel so lucky to have gotten the call.

If you're talking about the price coming down once people realized it wasn't the last manual than that's a completely separate issue.

I gave up my carmine november build with manual transmission last Friday after speaking with gm and northeast Porsche rep about PTS. My build will now be a 1q 18 for delivery end of Q or beginning 2ndQ 18.
I had the first confirmed manual build at my dealer. But, since we were able to get reasonable assurance of a PTS build I am going with PTS. My AMG GTR gets delivered in 3 weeks so I will play with that until the novelty wears off like everything else.

I have a PDK going into production on September 1st(changed from July 21st) but a completion date of September 15th. No way it will take two weeks to build my car. I wonder if the system is complying with the notice from PCNA that no cars will be completed or ship before mid September?
