Front end is slightly fussier than .1 but not particularly worse. However, this must be fake as there's no way they will put red stripes on it!
They've got the front matching the recent mules, the door handles and rear lights off the .2 but I think they've got the .1 wing. The mules have had slightly higher ones.

I know there are plenty that will love the new look and say that the look is more aggressive, so on and so forth. I'm not a fan, looks a little too Cayman, the front grill work seems to have lost something from the .1, even from the 997 cars, just doesn't feel right.
I'm fortunate enough to be picking up a 991.1 GT3RS at the end of the month, Personally I feel that the 991.1 GT3 and RS are two of the best looking cars of all time.

So there were 4.0 and 3.8 mules as a few have revealed. Interesting which one goes into the production car. Seems like THAT was left up to marketing.

When I left in September we still had a myriad of PVS ("Produktionsvorserie" = Second to last prototypes before the "0-Serie") cars of the GT3 and they had everything...

Even the "standard" engineers at my department did not know for sure what options they would offer in the end.
At one point it was "GT3 standard = Manual w/o wing" and the Clubsport package would include the wing and PDK-S
I think they killed the Non-Wing version though, but I wouldn't put my money on it.
4,2l engine what I read somewhere is bogus. Not possible with that engine block "safely".
I'd guess that they put the 4,0l engine from the RS with ~490hp (or even the same as RS/R with 500hp) in it.

Nope marketing had no input in matter. Besides, they were busy filming upcoming promotional videos of .2 GT3 with incorrect preproduction tach redline displayed to get everyone talking! They are brilliant....
