Reality of the fact, many of these dealers are into the cars for $50K over MSRP. Places like Auto Gallery were out there contacting every dealer in mid America offering $50K over to buy out allocations or buying them off 918 owners.
So many of these cars are essentially being flipped two times with guys trying to make anything they can over the $50K over they're already into them.
As you can see, an artificially inflated market that's due for a correction soon. Many guys sitting on these cars are getting nervous watching prices drifting down.

I commend you patient buyers. Time is on your side.
Think about it, there are more NEW flipped RS's out there for sale than there have been new owner intro Rennlist threads. Says something.

First one on Fleabay below 260k. Was at dealer yesterday. Sellers are getting very jittery. Market will continue to crash and land around 10-15k over. The market for a 300k RS are long long gone. 100 new allocations April 1st.

I assume these 100 extras allocations are all sold to real enthusiasts not flippers.
