He's asking MSRP + the TTL, fk it, so what? You don't have to give a crap and you don't have to pay it. But good luck getting one for LESS than that! He's not proving except maybe the using of the dealer from a relationship perspective. Will that pay off? who knows.
He better be careful, because I have the power with one call upstairs to IP ban him.

Why do you think I want the RS? I'm losing my DE cup dominance to light antiques track cars that can fly around the track. DE cup is serious business.

A few people still track 997 and 991 RS, but nothing like that mix of personalities: Trak car, izzone, Greek, Clarke, and so on.

The non rennlist track personalities are just as interesting. Part of the track experience is the social aspect of that. Rennlist has lost some of the extension of that experience it provided but it does live a bit in the racing forum. Too many fking thread like this. I'm sitting in a hotel room in Denver bored so it passes the time.... And I fight my moral values and post in a pricing thread. Several times. Fml

LMAO

Yes, I too miss the old (as in a few years back) days of the 997 GT3 forum here on RL. But... all of life is cyclical. My hope is that the track rats will one day soon come to the fore and dominate these forums.

I'm going to let him drive my GT4 at BW on March 4th. The car is all dialed in so he may like the hit.

Yeah, notice a lot of reasonable reserves not met over and over. Bet they're becoming as frustrated they can't sell at underwater price as we won't buy at inflated price.

Waiting for announcement of .2. Then they're really screwed. Will enjoy that moment.

Or maybe they'll just keep the car and drive it. Wouldn't surprise me if a lot of the private cars for sale are guys who just figure, heck if I can get $75k over, I'd sell it, if not, I'll drive it. With such cheap money these days, the holding costs for anyone, private party or dealer, is basically nil. None of these owners are going to lose any money. Just like buyers don't want to be that guy that pays too much, these sellers probably don't want to be that guy that sells below market. They're slowly chasing the equilibrium price in a very illiquid market.
