They're thinking
"Should I get a red or a green stripe on my
911r?"

Are those at the stealers or the re-stealers? My suspicion is that many of those at the re-stealers are on consignment and the true owner is getting free storage +. Like a recent Barney on fleabay BIN of $379K IIRC.
I think a real buyer should hope those that have miles, their owners will put more on them. I wonder if in a short time one that has 2-3K street/+ miles will be worth more than a 350 mile abused/story car. Then those 50 mile museum pieces when they go out of warranty, pfffft.

That white car was built in June 2015. It's the 4th car I have recorded built for North America. Price was $203k plus so not at $50k over yet.

Oh nice, do you have records for all the US RSs? My guess is that his reserve will be above $50k over...one way to find out.

That white car is a really nice build. If I were in the market, that car would tempt me, even at 50 over.

Agreed, that's why I might put in a bid for it.

Interesting...so we'll definitely be over 1,000 NA RSs....so much for that 600 estimate.

Those have zero value to me but if the price on the car is right, but I won't even pay MSRP for a Lava (can't stand that color).

NE price data is $50k to $55k now for low option cars and $60k to $75k for higher optioned and UV cars. Based on sales that have happened in the last few weeks.

Yup, that seems about right. I've venture to say that PTS cars would be $75k to $100k over at this point (I made an offer in that range on an incoming PTS RS and the owner is chewing on it). Two huge wild cards will be...1) Additional .1RS allocations (via 2017 builds) and 2) .2RS cars being N/A.

Bait and switch! I think I'm done looking for an RS.

Yes it's true. Newport Porsche has my car listed online at MSRP. It just arrived and I have not picked up the car yet. Most of the time, it's not intentional. Most dealership data management systems will automatically broadcast the inventory to the 3rd party vendor that uploads inventory to the web.. It will clear once the unit is contracted and closed on the accounting side.
