Reserve not met yet but shows what the current market will really pay.
Sadly, eBayMotors is not necessarily a good indication of what the market will really pay because it doesn't actually represent the market. Incomplete auctions even less so.

These cars will all sit here never meeting the reserve IMO. 250-270K maybe. These #300K+ guys are dreaming.

Agreed. Though, I have been hearing of cars trading at $290k. $300k+ I haven't seen in a while, not since the cars initially started shipping.

The current market is $50k-$75k over and slowly going down. Several Ebay sellers have lowered their BUY NOW prices from the low $300s to $285k to $299k now. Unfortunately, time is NOT on their side.

That's also because barely 10% of GT3 RS buyers in the US kept their cars... Everyone just started flipping them when the craze began.

At one point I saw 40 brand new cars actively on the public market. That's just nuts.

Here's my suggestion :
Start new threads that talk about RS pricing :
1) Craigslist RS price thread
2) Cars.com RS price thread
3) Autotrader RS price thread
4) Porsche dealer RS price thread
5) Flipper RS price thread
6) PTS RS price thread

Done!

Hey, if I don't like my pts rs when it shows up, I'm going to get at least msrp plus my sales tax if I get rid of it.
I mean, that's fair, right Martin?

Ive been around here for a few years, since before I could even afford one of these cars.
Back in the day, guys actually talked about driving their cars, and what they were like to live with etc.
Those, were the days...

Agreed.
One wonders why these forums are called " Technical discussion forums "...

Nope, you'd get a premium over the $50k-$75k premium for non-PTS RSs...probably $100k to $150k over today depending on the color and how bad a collector wants it (only a collector would pay that kind of premium). I'm a driver and plan on tracking the car so above a certain price the car doesn't compute for me besides being a poor working stiff. Given the macro economic issues out there, there is a lot more downside risk to prices though.

You can check out my threads about how I got my GT4 track ready. Oh, I have an allocation of a low spec GT4 if you are interested.
