They range from just under 500s/ft to over 4,000s/ft. There are 69 garages plus a clubhouse. The largest garages are two, three, or four units combined. Average cost for the units pre upfit is ~ $135 per s/ft.

Not quite as impressive as some of houses for cars here, but here's my garage (I need to do epoxy flooring and put some cabinets in). The GT3 sits in a garage unit as it gets driven the least.
