As they say, a garage is never big enough. So I need to park some cars at the side of the house. Setback rules do not allow for a permanent car port, so I was thinking of putting up a sail shade.

Anybody have experience with these shades? Will they survive rain, wind and snow if they are pitched?

Thank you

Aside from a couple lights, the outside is finally done. Wrapping up the inside in the next few weeks and then time for the first party. 😎

Thanks! I’ve legitimately been dreaming this thing up for years, had it sketched out and all.

Congrats! Your garage is bigger than most people’s homes! What are the plans for cabinetry?

Almost there with the addition. Garage doors won’t be in until November! Crazy lead times.

Once 2nd floor & roof go on, the floor gets poured.

Lift going in the single bay (10’ wide, 11.5’ ceilings ) for the 3RS and the R8.

More to come!

you live in newport beach one of the best locations int he world

i'd rather have a normal sized garage with a view of the ocean in newport beach than a bigass garage almost anywhere else......

What's the deal with those lights? Those are the same ones Normal Guy Supercar uses, right?

I don't get what you buy or how they mount. Or work.
